The treatment is always excellent María Jesús is the kindest attentive person I have ever met and Barbara always the same when I need something or they solve it for me by phone as soon as possible and they give me an appointment as quickly as possible the truth is, I am delighted with both of them I would give a ten in attention to one house and my whole family too

Very bad experience. I went for a problem with my card, the lady who was attending, fatal Begoña, bad treatment and incompetence in her work very great, very bad attitude. He did not solve the problem for me, he could not tell me what was happening, but the worst thing is that I neither try to find out nor solve it and all he said was to ask for a new card. When I returned to pick up the new card, another person attended to me and I managed to solve the problem immediately. Incompetence or laziness, I wouldn't know what to say ... Possibly both
