Overbearing and arrogant director. The rest of the workers treated correctly. I asked for a change of office 6 months ago, I went to talk to the director to see why they didn't change me and everything hit and excuses besides a lot of pride.

Very bad attention. I wait 45 minutes for a manager who later turns out that he is not even in his position. Then they try to charge you for services for which they should not charge.

I give a star because it is the minimum because rude people who do not seek to help you at all and only when you put on bad helps you is to say that they could have done it from the beginning. Bank that changes its conditions without notifying people, nor sending a letter.
