Non-existent professionalism. Be careful with these people ... do not sell or buy with them, they take it out where they can in a very "strange" way. I'm not saying more on the advice of my lawyer.
My experience with Atrio Inmobiliaria Santander has been very positive. The attention of Elena, Carlota and Alejandro impeccable and professional from the first moment (professional photos, choice of visits, advertising, speed ...) We have successfully completed the sale of my apartment, a complicated sale as it has coincided with the state alarm and still have provided solutions for the convenience of both parties. My first option whenever I need a real estate professional will be them, thank you very much.
Nothing reprehensible. I can't say more because my lawyer won't let me. But beware!! Selling with these people is a mistake.
