Santander de Sedaví Bank. There is only one person at the window to attend. The others do not know what they do. You have to go early and be very patient. One day I could not enter because I had a shopping cart. They did not want to open. What incomprehensible and incredible contempt for customers! I was going to make an income but I had to go home. For this and other reasons I no longer keep my money in that bank.

I'm not going to talk about Banco Santander because when I got in I already knew that they were trying to gamble at the minimum, said by a friend who has worked in these banks, the most cheating BBVA and Santander and he was right. But inside Santander, there are offices and offices, I ended up so fed up with this office that I had to decide to operate with another in order not to see it. From the moment of opening the account, because of them I had problems, not receiving the corresponding bonuses, I complained and did not even do it even though I knew it, to the point that I had to complain to the headquarters and the consumer where they gave me the reason, demanding that they pay me what I asked, and above all they did not, having to claim again. Disastrous management and customer service. So if this is your bank, pay close attention because surely they have stopped depositing money from somewhere.

I have tried to cancel my account by moving to another country. It has not been possible to cancel my account by having a pension plan with nothing more than 100E. So they keep charging me maintenance fees until I retire. That is incredible.
