Terrible attention, the lady who attends me is limited to telling me that they are going to charge me a commission of 2 euros for operating from the window very edge and does not offer me another solution. Poorly educated they forget that thanks to our money they eat. A few FP workshops of treatment and customer service would be recommended. On the other hand, the policies of this financial entity are obsolete, archaic and anti-growth and adaptation to globalization. EXPENSIVE Banking VERY EXPENSIVE

Completely Negligent, anti-proactive, NOT decisive, and they don't care, they aren't even competent. The worst branch and (expensive) bank I have ever seen, the worst employees, poorly educated with a bit of pride. - 5 * would make you sick!
