Today I went to the bank at 11, I stood in line for 45 minutes when I'm at the table with the manager, asking her to please make me a business account, I took all the papers for the account, she tells me that if I can go on Monday because she has a lot I insist again because I have to open my business and I cannot have an income if I do not have an account where I am paid, she answers that she is very busy and that she is going to speak to the director of the bank who says No Go on Monday she tells me that she is giving loans and that they are very busy and that mine is not important and that it goes on Monday of course I cannot open my business or work I am paying rent and with local expenses and this woman did not make me the account for my business because I was giving out loans what a shame
A bank shame, the employees are as if they were mannequins, when you enter to do any management, they send you to the cashier, they do not feel like working, since they are there charging, for doing nothing throw them out and stop charging maintenance.
I'm still waiting for them to call me. This morning from another branch they asked me to take care of my problem and they said they would call me in the morning. I'm still waiting ... nothing is there to close my accounts.
