In general it is very good, but today the corridors are full of broken beds that cannot be used, leaving that aside the staff is very friendly and attentive (there are exceptions). The measures against covid are obviously the best, we are in a hospital, they have a good team and specialists with very good training

Although it is not pleasant to visit a hospital, less if you go to the emergency room, some things about this hospital should be noted. There is a lot of medical corporatism. If you make a complaint to a doctor, they crowd in and stop treating you. I am to operate on the cervicals, I made a complaint to a lady (I don't even want to call her a doctor), and with her power, she is getting them to not intervene. I suffer from pain that does not even let me sleep. My arms go to sleep and I also suffer from my lower back. He told me that he would talk to his team, so they wouldn't quote me. I went two weeks ago and sure enough, I'm not on the waiting list. It took me five years to get to that Unit, and it took revenge, just as you warned me. I do not put 0 stars, because other specialists visit me, they are worth a lot, and even one saved my life. This lady did not take the Hippocratic Oath, she acts the other way around.
