Hi, I highly recommend this company. We just-moved-in to Valencia and have faced with the problem of narrow stairs in our building in the center of the city. Tiny elevator and Specificity of construction do not allow to lift large-sized furniture in an apartment. But fortunately, I found this company, their attentive team take care of the whole process of the delivery of my two big sofas. They got in touch with the shipping company and get the whole necessary confirmation from the City Hall to cut the street. They even took out my order from the shipping's company warehouse in their own truck in order to make everything in time. So, my sofas were successfully lifted through the window into my apartment without any damages and complications of the process. I can say there is value for money in Mudanzas Y Transportes’s proposal and I recommend their services.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I agreed to a crane service with this company to upload a piece of furniture to my house, which in theory came assembled and they gave me a budget of 180 euros for their service. After receiving the product, said furniture had been disassembled and a new budget was requested, which was 120. With this new budget, I called the sales representative of the CPT moving company and told her to see if she could download it, since the received product barely took up space when it came disassembled and it did not weigh much, to which she rudely and arrogantly replied that if it didn't seem like it to me, let life find me, it was not her problem, knowing that I was not in the city to be able to collect the furniture and being clear that since she was not going to win the 180, at least if she was going to win 120, for a service that is worth 60 euros at most. I will not use this company again nor do I recommend it to anyone. When you saw that the table was disassembled and that therefore the lifting crane was not necessary, you wanted to earn at least 120 euros for bringing me a disassembled table from your warehouse 8 kilometers from my house (the mileage with you is expensive) and knowing that I was not in the city for work, to which on the phone in a CHULESCA attitude his nice employee told me "IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT, LOOK FOR YOUR LIFE". A totally inappropriate treatment of a client and of course I do not recommend their services to ANYONE. Your money was credited, but of course I will exercise my right to record your LACK OF RESPECT FOR A CUSTOMER in this review. Add that they brought me the table on a Saturday in July because they had a move at another address 3 blocks from my house, so for a brief 10-minute stop they earned 120 euros, from which it follows that you did not adjust my schedule to the hers, it was rather the other way around. I needed to make a move and a friend recommended this agency. The truth is that I have been very happy. The operators are very professional and attentive. As for the price very well. I recommend it to you. Separate the girl from the super attentive office and try to adjust the price as much as she can.

I was looking for a company to carry out the move in Valencia from the apartment where it was rented to a new one. After searching and calling several companies, some of which did not give me a good feeling, I spoke with Mudanzas Valencia CPT. I arranged a visit with them so they could see the belongings they had to move, and after seeing them they gave me a fairly cheap budget. In the end it has been a cheap move in which we have moved all my belongings without any problem, just what I was looking for.

Call several companies to request a quote for a move. I opted for C.P.T and I certainly don't regret it. Great professionals, attentive, fast, careful and helpful. I will not hesitate to have this company again in the next move.
