My wife and I hired them through Shiply and they left us stranded at the Madrid airport with 5 suitcases and two pets. We left 20 euros of policy and they lied to us for a month saying they would return it to us.

They left me lying on the move. They have turned off the phone and do not answer the mails. I do not understand because years ago I made a move with them and it was good, the owner will have changed to some kind of unfortunate brother-in-law because the only thing I have taken out of this transaction (which also have not been charged, bone have not come because they have not wanted ) are the macho jokes and about kidnapping me. Totally logical being a transport company.
