I've been calling for 15 days, a voiceover is put on that tells you to leave data and that they will call you. I want to close account and ..... It cannot be in another office. And in this they do not give me an appointment and I do not dare to go without her (I would have to absent myself from work and she does not catch me close).

The treatment they give is a shame. I have been trying to get an appointment for two weeks, I have even gone personally and they have ignored me. This office is a joke, they seem to like losing customers.

Very bad. Now with the covid this office attends by appointment and ONLY to those who have the account in this office. I have been ignored and dispatched with a "talk to your manager". Terrible customer service.

My company has the account here and I can't do much, I tell you they have a staff without charisma and without desire to work, Thank goodness they have an ATM that you can solve everything because if it were up to them, the only thing they would ask you is if "you have shift "you have 2 days left and the ATMs could put a gel dispenser or something ... they don't clean it, it's very dirty whenever you go and always very strange people, I'm not comfortable.

Bad attention. La Caixa continues with its policy of hiring rude and useless people who do not want to offer solutions, just spend the day and get paid at the end of the month. Bad office, bad employees and bad solutions.
