Best consulate we have been to. Staff is super friendly and very low key. No chip on their shoulder, even the Consul General for this location was rather professional and courteous. They work with you to get you to where you need to be.

Don't bother with this consolute, try the one in Barcelona. The woman I spoke to didn't have a clue on what to do when my passport got stolen. She was rude and just hung up on me when she didn't know what to do.

Very nice team, always helpful. However, the consul leaves appointments for several reasons without reason several times (even very short term). Due to the lack of alternatives for a return pass you have to accept that, which makes the situation uncomfortable. Dear Consul: Please take an example from your team!
