Delivery company that despite transporting large packages to individuals does not notify when they are going to stop by your house, only half an hour before they call you to check if you are. Consequently, you are at work (because we have to work to earn a living, just like them) and they don't call you again to agree on a delivery that should be done in 24 hours. When you call to try to agree on a day and a time slot, they tell you that they "DO NOT DO THAT", that they simply load the package in the truck in the morning and that if you are, fine, if not, then they return it to the warehouse, which cannot even notify you the day before, so that at least you can fulfill your employee obligations and be able to GIVE NOTICE AND JUSTIFY YOUR ABSENCE FROM THE JOB in order to receive the order. Come on, these people think that the only ones working are them. In addition, its delivery hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. And they expect you to be home? A 24-hour delivery takes more than a week to be delivered and they don't care. It's not your problem. CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE WORST. FACILITIES, ZERO.

They left me stranded in a shipment despite having a current contract with them. Instead of worrying about fixing it and keeping a customer, they prefer to ignore it and lose it. They are left over.
