Bank with good service except the outside ATM every two times three is broken and is a nuisance if you take a closed holiday the branch is not so much but as often as it is good, advised the manager and staff say they do not pay attention to them the central .... We should join the customers to denounce this ATM and to change it for a new one since everything they want to do through it, but if it is damaged as we do going to another branch of the city center having it close ?
Very bad treatment by the director, he takes half an hour talking with a girl outside, while a waiting queue of about 6 people, my turn comes and sneaks a person in front of me at the window to give him 100 euros in bills of 5 When I have been waiting for half an hour, then when I have to sign some papers he tells me to fill in all the missing information and he leaves it on the table as a plan and he stops serving me to take care of a lady who had just arrived. The ATM a disaster and attention at the window very unpleasant, disparaging treatment towards the customer.
