The new cards take them all morning to activate it, and in the end their time was more valuable than mine apparently. Something simple like telling me with the PIN that you have received on your mobile, you activate the card and we will have your data. Since I did not see the SMS notification and if the SMS is still used. Activate it at the ATM and then stop by the office.
Many years without any problem until coinciding with the new director. They had never treated me so badly anywhere. A commercial manager came to us without any kind of compunction to go to another entity. We did that, we withdrew the money and now we are delighted in another place where they appreciate us. We felt that they did not care whether we were customers or not and also we did not have confidence that our money was safe.
Since they changed directors ... a horror. Atrocious treatment, haughty staff, edge ... They are not flexible at all.
In summary, I do not want to generalize that in the company everyone is like that, but I hope that Marta does an analysis of performance and satisfaction to see the staff she has in this office.
