I bought a sofa and the color with the sample does not coincide in anything, they told me that it usually changes a bit the hue with respect to the sample. But one thing is tonality and another thing that pulls for a different color. I went to the store and they did not solve the problem. They only consulted the boss of the problem, then I told them that I wanted to talk to their boss, and they told me that the case is never in store, oysters so cool then not? A shop without a boss, I do not understand, in every store I think there has to be a boss or a manager who can solve some fat problems came this. However here, those who attend you tell me they can not do anything since they are errands ... A good way to remove the brown. Truly unfortunate.

In our case, we are very happy with the treatment received and with the quality of the sofa. They have models for all budgets: low cost, good value for money and superior finishes (higher qualities than boom furniture and other stores in the area, but lower than Ok Sofas). Most sofas have a large number of stain resistant finishes and fabrics. The seller's treatment of a 10, nothing aggressive and was honest with the quality of the sofas and their price. They called us several times to report the status of the order. They even moved the sofa to another store to avoid paying so many shipping costs (The bad thing about this franchise is that they do not have transportation and each store has its agreement with local carriers, in Vic for example, they don't have a carrier directly)

Discounts have a trick.
