I bought a table in July, with the bad luck that it had a broken corner. I ordered the replacement part using the warranty. It took more than 3 months without a response, but after advising that I would take legal action, they "hurriedly" made me go to the store to get the spare part, but when I went to the store wasting my time and money, the spare part is broken same. The clerk says that they would try to mail it so you don't mess up the one they deserve, but they only say it so you can go home in peace. Then they tell you by mail that if you want the piece, go back and get it. I can't waste my time and money going 20 times to get a replacement part. They also give false solutions just to get rid of the problem in store. I'm not going to buy there again in my life and I'm going to give bad reviews to everyone I know who intends to buy a piece of furniture.

I did not have a good experience, apart from the fact that they took a long time I had to change things and on top of it claim them several times, yes in the end they complied but it was not worth a shame that yes very kind and very good behavior with the client.

Good afternoon I DO NOT RECOMMEND NOR MY WORST ENEMY WHO WELL TO BUY THIS SHOP !! I HAVE BEEN MADE FEELING WITH A POWERLESSNESS THAT WAS MUCH I spent a lot of money to furnish my house and it took twice as long as they told me on the day of delivery they got the wrong furniture and on top of that it was impossible to contact them (the store staff at least try to be responsible and polite, not like managers and directors) it is a pity that they have qualified personnel working in a company that literally hurts because I have no more words to describe just resort to justice and it will be so
