We bought a sofa about 2 years ago and soon we noticed that one of the seats was sinking ... We called for them to take it away and fix it, but they took months to reply, so much so that the warranty passed. We recently opened it because it has zippers and we observed that the sunken seat lacks the foam on top and it is also filled with remains. It has 2 pieces that are small and the foam is very poor quality

We bought a sofa 2 years ago and soon after using it (we don't have children) the seats were already quite uncomfortable, but between moving, work and other things, time went by and not being too much at home, I didn't We gave more importance although it was a leather sofa of 900 euros. Before reaching the age of 2, we dropped a bar from the seat and we warned to come to place it. It took us weeks to come to see the damage and we had to call several times, in the end to tell us that you have to pay because the 2 year warranty had already passed and that you have to take it to the factory, that means about 2 or 3 months without sofa at home, because the factory is not in Aragon. Total for a very small thing refused to fix it on the site and did not give a solution before the deadline will pass. Now we have to fix it on another site and sell it since we don't want to know anything more about this site. It was a place we trusted a lot, but it was a disappointment.
