I bought a living room and two bedrooms with Manuel, very nice and he took care of us very well and very attentive. I bought a sofa that I brought with me on my own. When we got home, it was impossible to assemble due to a defect in the lace plates. When claiming the warranty they tell me that they send me a technician for payment or to take it back. Finally and after a complaint sheet and a bad review on google, the store agreed to send a technician to repair the defect that my sofa had. It seems that in this way the conditions of your guarantee apply, the after-sales service should be more efficient and direct, simply by complying with what they say when signing the purchase contract.

A real shame, I do not recommend it at all, no organization, some incompetent, since May I have been waiting for them to bring me the wardrobe that I am missing from the room after coming 5 times and bringing the materials wrong, without giving any solution I am still waiting You call them and they wash their hands, you tell them that you want to talk to the manager and he is never there, when they tell you that they come to bring what is missing, they leave you lying and do not even show up at your home. Of course, they have done it to charge very quickly.

We changed all the furniture in the dining room and the master bedroom. The bookstore came with some broken doors, which a year later continue like this, because they say they will come to fix it but they never come. The table, at 4 months, broke a leg, which they said was misuse, and so on with all furniture. Not to mention that they tell you a date to bring you the furniture and it takes 3 more months and if you insist, why not even with those.
