We ordered a sofa with chaise longue on 10/31/2020. They told us that the first half of December would arrive or even earlier. They sent us a message saying that today 01/04/2021 would arrive in the afternoon. It has not arrived and on the follow-up it says that it is delivered. Terrible service as well as transportation.

A shame at the beginning of November 2020 we made the purchase of 3 furniture with ref. of purchase: 21000516 they told us that at the end of December they delivered them to us. We have sent 3 emails and they have not even deigned to give a single reply. After going personally for not receiving any reply, they tell us that in mid-January, and no reply. Taking into account that they do not have a contact telephone number, they should at least deign to answer the emails and respond to the clients. FIRST: I would not buy absolutely anything else from this company and SECOND: I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BOOM MUEBLES. bad experience, unpresentable it can't be that you send 3 emails and they don't answer you.

Sorry service, we made a purchase on October 31st. Today, I have been in contact on numerous occasions in various emails and by phone. Without receiving any kind of response. They confirmed that in the first fortnight of December I would receive the table and chairs. As of today they have not contacted me nor do I know anything about my order. I do not recommend it to anyone, nor do I see it so cheap and att very bad customer. I want to cancel the order and have the money refunded. By not having a table or chairs I have had to find my life to spend these days. I want an answer now, you scoundrels
