The worst real estate agency in Mallorca. An incompetent team, properties of dubious legality, and nefarious leadership. This is CCC Real Estate.
Unfortunately we had to make bad experiences ...
We were offered an apartment, concealed that the climate was broken. When we discussed the lease, it turned out that many of the details that we had previously discussed with the broker were either not clarified or presented differently. Then we were promised the repair of the climate, although it was previously said, that could not be repaired. On a contact request with the boss was not responded. The whole dilemma lasted over 5 weeks.
In the end we would probably have responded to our demands, but then we had no more desire, also because we have learned that the apartment parallel to other interested parties, although we already had the promise.
In the end, we were also abused because we have annoyed canceled.
Sorry, but this is unprofessional in our opinion and does not work.
The team is very friendly and helpful and is committed to finding your desired property.
