I signed a bond years ago WITHOUT EXPIRATION DATE and when calling today they tell me that the new company that has absorbed it cannot attend me since they gave me one year to receive the services and TO ME, I DON'T NOTICE. Bad management and in the end, loss of money for the client. A FRAUD
A very bad experience after burns and without stopping the treatment (until the burns caused by waxing were healed, I could not continue giving sessions). They did not put any solution: neither refund of money of that period nor stoppage of the time necessary to be able to continue with the treatment. That they gave me a gift session was their only "solution."
I've been trying to contact your local in Bilbao for more than 2 weeks and they don't pick up the phone, I always get the answering machine and the call is cut off later. Is anyone the same? I still have bonus sessions to enjoy
This company is a scam. Don't you think of hiring their services. In Valladolid the company closed overnight, without giving explanations and leaving everyone who had a contract with the treatments unfinished. They have not returned the money. SCAMMERS
Beware of these. I have heard that the Bilbao clinic is about to close. Do not buy bonds. I had a very bad experience with the doctor who is there.
