Don't reserve in this agency. We reserve an house and on the photos the house was fantastic but...when we was there...oh my god, everything was dirty, the garden was more similar to a jungle than a garden, full of insect and giant coucarachas inside the house DISGUSTING!!! Stay in this house was a nightmare for us...the sofa smelt like a old dirty forniture and the beds was so uncomfortable. The agency said that the owner fault cause he don't cut the grass on the garden and he didn't change the super old forniture but i think that the fault is of the agency cause they accept to rent this dirty and old house with fakes photos. Stay away from this agency. We are now in Mallorca (couse we come 2 times per years) and je just found an amazing house with pool, modern and confortable for 2/3 of the price that we paid in this dirty old house. Sorry but you lout a 10.000euros client per year.

Thank you for the great support and advice! Ms. Hess is really a treasure - she answered every question quickly and competently, and also because of the extensive problems regarding Corona, she was able to calm us down and always had an open ear. Thanks again for that :-) It's a shame that the appointment in the office didn't work out - maybe next time!

We had booked a small finca with Petra for 11 days. It was really a very successful vacation. The finca is beautifully situated on a hill with a good panoramic view. The large pool with the clean water is almost luxurious. We used it every day and really enjoyed it. The contact with Mr. Schirmer, in the course of the booking, but also on site, was friendly, competent and personal. The house and the system corresponded to the description and were to our complete satisfaction. If we travel to Mallorca again, we will definitely book here again, especially since the price-performance ratio is just right here.

We stayed twelve nights at Finca Es Ciprell near Felanitx. The service from the agency, Janine who is responsible for us, was absolutely flawless. Many thanks at this point to Janine. Despite the Corona crisis and some changes on our part, we have always met an open ear. The finca is quiet and idyllic outside of Felanitx and offers a wonderful sunset and a wonderful view during the day. The small road on the slope of the house didn't bother us at all. Two cars an hour, that's actually not worth mentioning. In the vicinity there are dogs, goats and, due to the nature of the area, also birds with sometimes nocturnal calls. The finca is simply but practically furnished. Tightening a screw here would be okay, but it didn't detract from the great vacation. The pool is great 😀 and was checked twice in the twelve days by the owner. The property is quite large and partly not used. If you are looking for vacation and relaxation, fun at the pool or in the evening on the terrace, this is the place for you. Thank you ❤💛❤ for everything

We were 2 weeks in Mallorca in a Finca by Jörg. He is very helpful, kind and courteous! We really enjoyed the stay and had a great time. We will definitely book with him again!
