Very bad Bank, don’t use. Customer service non existent, rude staff, seems that if you are English they don’t want to know you. You are kept waiting to see someone for upto one hour if you are lucky. I am closing my account with them and drawing my money out.

Some without shame, I made an international transfer of 50 euros and they charged me 94 euros. After several messages with the reason and many calls they do not answer and they do not call you again, terrible service

I am going to cancel all my accounts, and PIAS insurance that I have in this bank. They charge interest for everything, for account maintenance, for cards, for transfers, for everything, even for breathing and they treat you like cattle. I will never contract anything with this bank again, in my life.

On the website there is no way to make an appointment and the online robot chat that NEO has is disgusting. You have to go to the office directly, it seems that they try to do everything possible so that we cannot contact you and we have to go to the office, yes or yes. When you go, they do not attend you because you must have a prior appointment, with which you must return another day and at another time (if you work you have already lost two days) and when you arrive the deal is disastrous.
