Worst bank, they charge 15eu of commission every month, among other things disappointed, bad customer service especially a man sitting at a table who was director of the old bmn I do not say more

The office was decadent and extremely dangerous, when I went there were 4 people working, two of them with the mask on their double chin, another without it and the person who attended me raised it a little but leaving his nose exposed. On top of risking my life, they did not know how to solve the problem.

I put a claim in the Benidorm office for the following reasons: 1) It is stated that you can take a number until 11.00 and I take it at 10.45 as attached. 2) After waiting more than an hour and a half, they do NOT attend to me exposing that they have closed the box, when I only wanted to change the physical notebook (when the 7 pages were exhausted) for my mother. 3) I request a claim and they give me the bank's which is insufficient. So I request the claim of the Valencian Community without them offering it to me. When filling in the claim of the Valencian Community, they tell me that I must still wait, more than 30 minutes so that they can also allege it and that they do not know when they will put me in care (in order to dissuade me) I request an answer, as soon as possible, on the contrary my mother will unsubscribe from the current account as well as I will give her the maximum diffusion in social networks, because they have disrespected me by making me lose all morning and with bad ways, showing a lack of empathy and professionalism to the client. I pray that they always give the claim that really matters to the Valencian community.
