With the excuse of the Covid, now the officials who already worked little, work even less. More than 15 people have been queuing for 1 hour waiting to enter the Bank. At the Bank, only 1 person attending, of course. I don't know how to qualify it anymore because "embarrassing" is too short.

Rude employees who do not respect their clients, endless queues that make you wait hours, fair hours that as you spend you have to spend another day ... They also do not have anti-COVID measures19, the queue is no longer inside the offices , It is in ATMs, so the more likely to spread, the hydroalcoholic gel, you have to enter inside to be able to use it. It is not possible to imagine customer service as horrible as in this office! I have come on the first business day to make necessary payment and I have found 25 clients in only 20 m2 of premises with the attention of an employee, and there are no more offices in Benidorm with function of paying cash with staff! After waiting for an hour, he tells me that he cannot collect my debt and the next day I receive a fine for non-payment! God, people! avoid having accounts in CaixaBank, it is really worse bank in Spain, customer service leaves me speechless ...
