This bank needs more staff.
The worst bank by far. Unqualified staff, especially a woman I don't even know what her name is. He is often in the box, with a very closed face, unfriendly and with very little education and a lot of bad milk. She is brown skinned, with shoulder length hair with highlights. I don't understand how the bank can let such a person deal with customers. A real shame.
Poorly accessible
They do not answer the phone. Impossible to contact them ...
The decoration phone, lousy customer service. Unfortunate organization. I think I have not felt so neglected anywhere.
