Always excellent service. I have been with DB for several years now and would not change. I was with another bank in Spain where the queues were long and the advice not so helpful. DB Moraira is good. My only gripe is that I wish they still had a branch in Calpe, such a busy town it makes no sense.
Lousy banc... even worse staff. They steal money 25 euro) of your banc account when you do have less then 600 euro on there... They block your banc account (even for transfering money TO the banc account) when you did not sign the correct papers... when you are not living there... easy to say... They are the worst ever. Never open a banc account if you are a foreigner in Spain. Every other banc is better.
Helpful staff, opened an account with them without difficulties.
the service is zero ... haven't even answered the phone for days, the answering machine answers and then you're pushed away ... rude
I was very embarrassed by the treatment of the two women who were attending to an older lady. They have despised her in a way she had never seen before in public service. I don't know what kind of education these people will have received, but what is very clear is that they don't deserve that job because of the lack of respect they have shown to the client. I am very disappointed.
