I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! A month ago they sent me a package from Spain to Italy and it still hasn't arrived. But they have gone to collect it. First they put the wrong address, then they don't send it because in theory I don't have an Italian number. I ask for the package to be returned and they still have not answered me. ALL ARE EXCUSES. The package is probably lost. And they called me in case I could be the one to contact the Italian company, to speak in Italian because they are UNABLE to do their job. A waste of time and money. Of course I will not have this company again. 0 RECOMMENDED, if your packages are of value.

They offer international transport service but they are incompetent. Absolute lack of problem solving. More than a month without knowing where our package was. They even demanded to speak Italian to contact the destination company. We assume that they have misplaced the package but we do not know it since nobody gives us a solution. To make matters worse, the invoice from the Italian subcontractor has arrived and a collector from the company has come.

Every time I have to make a shipment or a collection, I do not think about it and I go to the widow of tadeo juan, everything is solutions and good treatment. Super friendly and attentive employees.
