FATAL experience. In September we asked for a bed with a trundle and some nightstands, they told us he would come in a month, and it has arrived this month, in December. To top it off, the furniture is not the color we ordered, and the defective tables, the wood was peeling. Very sharp delivery men. In short fatal. I don't understand why there are so many stars.

I bought a Flex brand canape and in less than 7 days they already brought me the purchased item in good condition and without damage as it was pre-sealed. The transportation and assembly service has been subcontracted to another company that luckily behaved well and left the canape ready to use. At first I did not think to write anything here only that reading other reviews I started laughing with the comments that they force you to give them a good evaluation ... totally false and who wrote this will be that they have a problem with the brand or some employee / a . I am not known to any employee and they did not give me anything since I bought a single item.

I bought a mattress on September 22 urgently because we needed it and they told us it would take 20 days. It has reached us today, October 29. The salesperson who took great care of us and told us to call her anything. I tried to call to claim and the phone was broken (also when we went to the store). I sent him an email to which he replied that the mattress would arrive that week without verifying if it was true and he gave me a customer service telephone number. In customer service, they told me that the commercial should have made sure that the deadlines were going to be met, but hey ... once he sold it, he ignored it. Well, thanks to customer service who filed one claim after another, I have managed to get it to us today. Yesterday afternoon they call me very kindly to tell me that they will deliver it today and we set a delivery time. Not only have they arrived half an hour after the established 2-hour scale but also very stupid. They left me the mattress with the bag on the wall and I had to tell them that they should take the old one, since I paid for the service. With a bad face they took it, put the new one on and left almost without saying goodbye. Horrible after-sales service, I repeat, thanks to customer service why else I keep waiting more than a month later.

Not bad! the mattress and the dire service. we have had to complain to the arbitration board. After getting dizzy with technicians who each said one thing; they have made us waste our time, to finally eat EL PUÑETERO MATTRESS with POTATOES. Even in order to solve it we were willing to pay a difference to obtain a mattress that suits our needs. Taking into account that it cost us € 1250. Thais who attended us told us that with that mattress they had had many returns and that there would be no problem. She even told us that she personally had to change the same mattress several times at home. Which I don't understand because when he sold us he told us it was WONDERFUL and one of the best mattresses they had. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU BUY YOUR MATTRESS AND REST HERE!
