UN AUTENTICO DESASTRE!!! Pedimos los muebles de una habitación infantil en junio del 2020, finalizaron de instalarnos la habitación en diciembre ....6 meses ni mas ni menos para un armario, cama nido y un puente.... tuvieron que venir hasta en 6 ocasiones porque siempre traían el material dañado, o de dimensiones erróneas, la excusa es que siempre era error de fabrica pero la reposición tardaba hasta 3 semanas cada vez. SON UN DESASTRE, HORRIBLE!!!!

To buy everything is good care and facilities, to claim the woman does not look at your face and the fault is mine because according to her I do not know how to sit on the sofa. They clean their hands. The man tried to give solutions but she did not feel sorry. You have to know how to be through thick and thin. I do not hesitate to buy in barimueble again but not the one in the center of gravity while this lady continues.

We bought 2 Pikolin pillows on 02/01/21. At no point did they tell us that this item could NOT be returned. On 01/05/21 we went to the store to return them, because my parents had already bought orthopedics, for kings and therefore they were not going to use them. The pillows are intact, brand new and in perfect condition, and even then we are DENIED THE RETURN. They also do not have carbonless consumer complaint sheets, one disaster after another. I will not return to that store.

Even if you spend an hour looking at and testing the sofas, they are unable to ask if you are interested in something, or if you have any questions. I suppose they are very oversold. And by the way, comment that they do not care about the security regarding Covid-19 either.
