ZERO attention and consideration. My father, retired, was the victim of a theft of his wallet and subsequent bank fraud using his cards for an amount of almost 1,300 euros. After a lifetime as a client and with his life savings there, the bank does not want to take over ... and from the office they do not lift a finger to process it. According to the director "it is a theft" and "this is not included". Please consult the Payment Services Law first; that yes, the claims before external organisms for this reason seem not to like them. In life BBVA.

A total disaster. My parents, ages 90 and 85, went to pay off a mortgage loan and were treated in very few ways. These people have to learn a little bit of soft skill and empathy. It is a shame. They were told that they had to go to the office where they made the mortgage to pay off. All this standing without offering to sit .... embarrassing. We will take out pensions.

From time to time I will collect a check from a subsidy paid by the company where I work, comes from a social fund for the grant of glasses, templates etc. The first thing that they tell you is that there is a commission and that they have to charge it, I indicate the origin of the check and that it is free of commissions. Mr looks at me like I do not know I told him that I have already charged several heels of this Bottom line, the slightly annoying person starts making calls to confirm if he has a commission.
