Very unpleasant treatment. With bad faces and getting the dead out of it.
I have never seen such bad service ... Being a client for 20 years with a mortgage, credit and everything with them. When I have needed some management I have gone to another office and nothing to do
They are thiefs. I have been around for three years with a fixed term on condition that they did not charge commissions. And suddenly they charge me in three months € 46 and they tell me that they have changed the regulations like that without even having the decency to warn. Of course I decide to cancel the account, and since they haven't stolen enough, they charge me 5 euros if I want to cancel it. In these times of crisis with police and stealing with full hands. You are a shame
Nothing happy with customer service. It is very sad to see such ungrateful staff and no interest in knowing the client's situation.
