Very bad! I am not a customer and with this service I doubt that one day it will be. I was representing a very old client who could not go. I arrived at 12:10. The person at the entrance was attending to a couple at the counter. I wanted a change of domiciliation and I asked if someone inside could do it since I did not have to move money. He told me to wait there. Six more people arrived after me and we were all waiting for someone to help us. At 12:38 without anyone attending us, I decided to leave and there the others were waiting while the person at the counter continued attending the couple at the beginning. I counted 5 more people working inside the office and none of them attended anyone, when one of them looked from time to time at the entrance where we were the 9 people (in a fairly small space, by the way) and two more came from within and they saw us there, but nobody did anything, until in the end one of them attended to the last person who entered. I know that two of the people who were waiting had come to see her, because they told her and she did not attend to them. I felt as if we were going to ask for a favor. Really in bad taste.
