The empathy that the office staff has is 0. At 10:45 in the morning, the two outside ATMs came to recharge and they did not allow us to enter the office to be able to carry out operations with those inside. I have told two of the girls from the caixa and they have told me that the service is outsourced and that they cannot do anything, to wait for me on the street. Well, 15 minutes in the sun and a huge tail is what has formed. If they have to recharge ATMs, do they need to do both at the same time?
A disgraceful place !!! More than 80 calls a day and they don't pick up the phone. I would love to be able to go, but I moved to another province and now they don't catch the flames and we can't make the change or anything. PICK UP THE PHONE
