Tired of calling and they don't pick me up - at a time that they indicate as quiet (10:30) -. Each time, due to the response tape, it takes a minimum of 1 minute 15.
They won't mind customers wasting their time, but time is very valuable to customers. We have many other things to do (like earn money for them)
