Very attentive, very fast attention and most importantly, they cured me. Later I had a relapse, which later turned into another. In the end they sent me to the S.S. The same of all mutuals, when it is something serious they get rid of you, increase the healing time and the consequences that may remain. When I turned in the papers from the mutual, I asked them until when they paid me and they told me that they even had the child. At the end of the month and calling they tell me that they do not pay me more for a contract closing with my company. They did not tell me that when they delivered the papers and without notifying me and without receiving any notification they stop paying me. I have lost the 15 days to present the papers for the Inem for not receiving or telling me anything and I have lost almost a month of unemployment for not knowing how to do a management or communicate anything to the person.

... I have been unlucky enough to have an accident on the way to work, (one of them skipped a yield and hit me on the side, they transferred me to the General and then they sent me from work to Mutua Universal, I got here and well without looking at my skin or anything ... after 15 days he discharges me without notifying me, the doctor sent the discharge by email to the company without telling me ... the following week the doctor quickly changed the date of the high and everything fixed, and then he took me out insulting me ..... well ... it's a long history (nerves, stress, pain) today 05.21.2018 I still have pain when moving my neck, shoulder and left arm, for the I don't sleep at night because of the pain ..... it's a shame .... one almost kills you in the street ..... and a doctor insults you ....... I didn't get here because of me!
