The thing about this transport company is a joke to say it in a funny way. It turns out that I have to receive a shipment on the 15th, the carrier calls me on the 14th to tell me that since I don't pick up the phone (two calls one minute apart) I do not leave the shipment. I get in touch with your office (castellon de la plana) I explain what happened and I ask them when they send it to me and (now the best is coming) Ms. That they will send it to me on the 21st, that is, 8 days later. The explanation is that until that date they do not distribute here what is what there is, a shipment that they charge me 100 euros, take note future users of this company to send their orders

There are no words. They told me that they could not deliver it because the carrier did not suit him. I told the Amazon seller, and here we all flipped. They bring it to me but the product was broken. I call the seller and, to someone's shame, he apologizes. Request a reverse logistics (a return), and they could not pick it up. We had to send it with another company and I denounced the consumer company. This body has given me the reason and has sanctioned them. I recommend that you report this company. If they do not solve the incidents, finally, they will force them to close. I do not recommend this rabble.
