I was a little scared when ordering having read the reviews and I think its worth taking delivery times with a pinch of salt but I recieved my Canope bed and head board 7 days after ordering . the delivery guys comunicated well re delivery day and times and the bed and head board are exactly as we ordered. very happy customer and great price in my opinion . : )

My dire experience. They make fun of one as they want. I ordered the headboard on October 17 with a 2-9 day lead time. After two weeks without the delivery of the headboard, I called and they told me that he would be at home on Monday, he was not there. I called again and in a bad way they told me that on Thursday morning it would arrive, that the carrier had it already, it has not arrived. Today Friday, at this time I still have no answers, therefore, I no longer want the header, it is in the cash on delivery method of payment and if it happens to arrive, I will tell the carrier that I am no longer interested. It seems unfair to me that they do not send emails detailing the status of the order, that they give false answers and that they serve customers in this way. I say it, fatal.

I bought a folding sofa 22 days ago and it still hasn't arrived. After a few days of placing the order they called me saying that they could not have that wood and that they would change it for one made of leatherette. Days later they call me again because they don't remember the color I chose. Later I called them because the order did not arrive and they promised me that it would arrive between Tuesday-Wednesday. Finally those days have passed and I have not received it. Now I try to communicate with them via phone and whatsapp and they don't deign to answer me. I HAVE BEEN SLEEPING FOR A WEEK WITH THE MATTRESS ON THE FLOOR. A SHAME! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM! HAVE IF MY ORDER ARRIVES !!!!

Cada dia , cuando me despierto , me acuerdo de alguien ... espero que se termine pronto esta pesadilla . A VER SI FORMÁIS A LOS TRABAJADORES QOE ATIENDEN AL TELÉFONO . Un poco pedantes y mal educados alguno de ellos. No habéis aprendido a conocer la necesidad del cliente .... imaginad el asesoramiento por teléfono . PANDA DE INCOMPETENTES !

My experience is totally satisfactory, great price quality since it is all handmade, and correct delivery times, sincerely a successful purchase. Apart from exposing my experience I would like to say that after reading several comments, surely there will be people who have not been to their total liking, but we should also think that the products take their time to prepare, we are all very bad used and we want things Too quickly and everything takes time, surely if the deadline is not met it is because there is too much demand. Remember that the world was not made in a day and if there is something I am sure of, it is that the client is not always absolutely right !!!!!
