Very bad. There is only one person working. I only had to wait half an hour to pick up some rolls for the dataphone. And that having called before to have it prepared for me. The employee is friendly but I think they have taken advantage of this from Covid to reduce staff when the banks have not lost anything at the moment

I will try to be fair. The application of bbva is one of the best in the market, good for doing many things. Regarding the whole issue of office attention, it leaves much to be desired. You have to make an appointment, there is hardly any staff, the schedule is restricted (the others also work) and a long etc. That makes you see a good entity in technological elements that many mortals do not reach and therefore the entity becomes more of a problem than a solution. In my opinion, the staff that is doing what they can and I strongly believe they are doing well, but the entity would have to realize that there are people behind the quarterly balance sheets.

The worst bank I have ever known, they don't help me in ANYTHING, 15 years paying them and not a single help, for changing my phone number I will have to make 1200km lose my job. Something that in 1 minute is made incompetent

Every day we get worse, fewer people in the office and more people waiting. I'm leaving this bank with everything I can not take it anymore
