Having moved house over 10 times I have never seen such shambles with delays during the move and so many items broken. The most shocking element has been the lack of customer care after the move. Many emails and phone calls have remained unanswered and mediation attempt through the Generalitat has proven unsuccessful.

We hired the move with Flippers and everything has been a disaster, I strongly discourage working with this company. Lack of total professionalism, they leave your move in the hands of unprepared or untrained personnel. Many damaged furniture, missing boxes, lack of coordination and information, poor communication. They had to compensate us for damage to furniture and loss of belongings, although in most cases, the valuation of the goods for compensation does not cover their cost. I will never use the services of this company again and I will discourage hiring anyone who asks me.

My experience with this company was the worst. This company not only has a gross lack of professionalism, but they are also dishonest, scammers, and shameless. When I first contacted them, I spoke to Esther, who from the beginning showed me her "nice" side. I explained that we needed a move from one city to another, and sent him photos of everything that needed to be packed. Once I confirmed the date, he told me that we first had to make the payment before the move-in date in order to reserve it. We complied thinking that this company was professional and trusting their word we paid almost 2,000 Euros in advance. Once I made the reservation Esther, I DISAPPEARED, depending on vacation. She herself told me that now she had to deal with everything with Erick Munoz. Erick, once having seen the ALL CHANGE charge. On the day of the move, the truck arrived 2 and a half hours late, and they sent ONLY ONE PERSON FROM THEIR TEAM. They NEVER told me they were going to send just one person, and they never called to say they would be two hours late. I had to be calling to find out what was happening. My husband had to help the man who came, who could not even take a break and finished five hours later! The day they brought my things, they wanted to charge me 150 euros more to drop my things. I had to do it because I had my belongings, those of my girls etc. Whoever reads this please do not fall into their trap, they never apologized, they never took responsibility, all they did is lie. All its staff are foreign people who knows under what conditions they have to work. If you are an expat, local citizen or company, DO NOT FALL INTO THIS COMPANY'S TRAP.
