The attention is regular. They have treated me great on some occasions, on others, not so much. On more than one occasion I have asked for more information about their products, and in all of them they told me that they were taking notes and that a salesperson would contact me. But they never give me an answer despite having asked several times and provided my information. A company that does not provide information about the services it offers when it is the client who requests it seems to me ineffective and gives a bad image, of neglect. Nor do I understand why it is necessary to go to the office for a simple modification of the telephone number, when it is a very simple procedure, perfectly possible to carry out online or by phone. Asking for hours at work is absurd for this type of procedure. Of course, the very kind advisers and with a smile from ear to ear. Anyway, I've been with Unicaja for many years and the truth is that I expected more.

Ask for hours at work to manage in the office related to transfers from the web portal and discover at home that they have not made the change. That is called being incompetent.

Today I went to make a transfer, I could not choose a better day! To start the only ATM that has the branch was broken ... I make the line to perform the management, after a while waiting for the director of the branch saying that we return in an hour or so ... (it was 12: 40) and the man at the window starts arguing with a colleague because he ovigently can not be carrying out cash management and looking at the cashier ... To what the director or assistant director whatever, he asks everyone what kind of management he wants to do, when he arrives I tell him that a transfer and in bad manners tells me that there is no going to a table. I start to wait for a client to finish at the table and come back to me with bad manners and he tells me to go to another table ... To which I turn around and leave, and I have not been the only one clients complained and went first for the bad management and the second for not treating the client with a minimum of education, and less this man if he holds that position very bad example is giving ... I do not plan to go back into this branch although I have to go further, but I am not willing to have anyone treat me in this way being a client of the branch.
