BAD DEAL, LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM !!! The attempt to get good reviews all written almost the same day is very bad (you can tell they have called the only two happy customers). I share the assessment of the majority of clients who leave this office nightmare. Terrible treatment, lack of professionalism. And with the slightest carelessness they charge you a dirty, cheating and dark commission. Then it seems that you hire another product. I INSIST DO NOT GO NEAR THE DOOR

It is the worst bank there is. I am very angry with the treatment received by the staff of this office. Bad manners and faces are common, especially from Maria Dolores. I made the mortgage with them, it was the worst decision I have made in years. Now, after the last commissions charged, I am already preparing the surrogacy. Talking to the director is wasting time.

I cannot have more than good words towards the team of professionals at this branch. Very close treatment of the last three directors who have passed through here during the last 8 years and employees such as M.T.L. who have been in the branch all their lives

INHUMAN treatment. My 84-year-old mother, a client with the pension for 17 years. She goes to the cashier the other day to make a transfer to Iberdrola and she attends: MARIA DOLORES MATEOS LANCHARRO, but he tells her that he cannot HELP her, that she is very busy and that she should go to the ATM. So, since she doesn't know, she had to pass right in front of the competition, Bankia and without being a customer just because she was an older person, they made the transfer without any problem. It is very sad that in these times they have not been able to do their job. I already left this cash disaster but my mother this month we changed her to Bankia. LOLA you always so unfriendly and despot !!
