Awful customer service, and the staff offers preferential treatment to people who are obviously local over exchange students.
worst bank ever.. bad service and unfriendly workers.. just because the customers are not multimilionairs only students it doesnt mean that it has to be so bad..

Long queue, do not leave or read any document for account opening, just say sign electronically without showing any paper! Advertised account prices are different are different than those of the contract (which we have at the final end once everything is done.
The app is bad, there is no help when something does not work and bad schedules because they always end up being paused when one can free up time to go (and if time is needed because you always have to wait to just enter).
