I write this with great anger and helplessness since days ago I had my payroll seized for a small credit card debt, I know that I had the debt that I accumulated in the COVID-19 crisis but I did not have the right without notifying me or notifying me that my My payroll was going to be seized, after the coronavirus mess I got a job relying on the goodwill of the bank because I gave my bank account on the 30th at the cashier they told me that I could not get a single euro, that is, all my seized money had to pay rent, food , transportation is not fair that a bank is so radical in that sense I do not recommend this bank that instead of talking and reaching an agreement makes unfair and harsh decisions, thank God there is a personal manager named jorgue, I speak to get them back part of my payroll eye making the decision by the bank totally for the bad and brave of keeping part of my money for the installments of said debt, to this day it says that if I want to continue in this bank I have to have my account blocked at the disposal of the bank they decide how much they are going to give me is not fair, a total regime
