Terrible attention, rude and 0 empathy. This office is a disaster and now they are touching the web with this pandemic that has come to them well, they do not help you at all and they treat you with contempt. Flee like the plague from these people, I tell you for your sake. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT!
I understand that due to the health alarm it is necessary to make an appointment to avoid crowds, but the person who tells you how to request such an appointment could control their manners. A bank, as you call it, essential service shouldn't treat its customers like this and make operations easier. Oh by the way super hygienic that since you do not want to attend at the window, all operations we have to do at the ATM.
Wrong, fatal. ATMs malfunction and are not able to go out and help you do an operation. Thinking seriously about going to another bank
A bank shame, ATMs always malfunctioning, 2 ATMs and one always behind closed doors. The employees have little empathy, they do not help. I will file a claim and leave the bank.
