The most Incompetent courier in the world. I sent a parcel from uk to a recipient in Spain via Hermes who unfortunately uses this miserable courier in Spain. 1st attempt, they tried to deliver at midweek 2pm so obviously the recipient was at work but the driver interpreted that as wrong address and did not leave a note! This was followed by silence for 5 days! I contacted Hermes international 3 times then filed a claim that my parcel was lost, only then——> 2nd attempt, same problem happened again. Then I received an email in Spanish with a link to a site to redirect / arrange redelivery. The site did not allow me to choose a weekend delivery or evening delivery neither I could redirect the parcel to another address. I had to change the date to next Monday morning and informed the recipient to take this day off work just to be available to collect the parcel. Now the question is after all that, will it be delivered successfully???!!! I have huge doubts. I’ll let you know.

ATTENTION! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL NOT ONLY LOSE MONEY BUT TIME AS WELL! This is the worst delivery company that I have ever encountered. I bought a product on Amazon and was expecting the delivery as usual but NO! Day of the supposed delivery comes and apparently they tried to deliver unsuccesfully 3 times but I was at home all day and NO ONE RANG THE DOOR OR CALLED the telep[hone!!! Furthermore at the time of the first attempt of delivery I was downstairs and THERE WAS NO ONE! This is SHAMEFUL! The next day they didn't even try the delivery anymore. CUSTOMER SERVICE is a robot and I can not return the delivery since the order is supposedly still in process.

A shame of service. They called me at 1:56 pm and I was unable to answer the call, but I was able to speak to the carrier at 1:57 pm. A minute later, go. He tells me that by not answering the first call he no longer leaves me the package and hangs up on me. I called the carrier again and he told me to let him continue working. I understand that if the carrier calls you and you manage to speak with him a minute after his first call, he must be at your house waiting to receive some missing information, otherwise why call me? to tell me that a minute later you are gone ... Thanks for the information and for the solutions not provided. SHAMEFUL

Amazing!!! I've been waiting for an order for a month, they don't come, they call you with an automatic recording to tell you that they have not been able to make the delivery because there is no one at home, lie !!! You are waiting all morning and they do not appear, one day after another, I try to contact them to go and pick it up because this already seems like fireworks and there is no way they will attend to you. The non-service they provide seems fatal to me, I plan to report it at the consumer's office 🤒
