The salesperson who made the budget is a real incompetent: he changed our move by day, we threw ourselves a week behind him so that he could make us the receipt of the move for work, the budget was over (he shouldn't feel like write or wanted to go home) without detailing what had to be moved, we told him that the house had to be moved completely (dear sir, when someone says everything, it is everything, the entirety of a set) and I do not detail even half of things. When we told him that he had to add things he told us that it was not necessary (for example an old furniture type radio), but then, on the day of the move, they only wanted to move us what the salesperson had written in the budget. Discussion in between with the commercial who said that we had not told him and that if we did not know how to read the budget (a real bad man) when we had told him that he had to get everything out of the house (and I do not write it down as I have already explained ?) in the end the guys who came to make the move took everything. But, for example, the lamps stayed. The lack of organization, prior to and during the move, stands out for its assumption. For a move from a two-room apartment with a roof storage room that we had previously emptied, it took 9 hours to pack and disassemble the furniture (2 beds, a chaise longue, a large and a small table, plus picking up 7 shelves), in total more than 12 hours. Pretty mess. Cheap is expensive. I do not recommend it at all. I give it a star because there is no less.

The service has been disastrous and they have done very little care destroying furniture and damaging walls. Little professionalism and rude treatment. Merchandise insurance is non-existent and a liar. I do not recommend at all.
