I love to send with them, always punctual and efficient. Whenever I can, I do the shipping and there are days that surprise me, even paying the cheapest service arrives before other similar companies.

You call them back the minute you call and they don't catch it, an office chaos not recommended

The messenger that touched me a SINVERGUENZA, calls me I return the call after 5 minutes that he no longer gives it to me, he is at home with his children. I explain that it was urgent. He sweats it. At 15 min they call me from the central they have my package that could not be delivered. He didn't even go to my home ..... and I paid for 24 hour delivery. Shameful

yesterday at 10 they send me a message that throughout that day they try to deliver a package, they appear at 12, when I work and are given another time to deliver it, at 18 they send me another message saying that they have exceeded the maximum number of delivery attempts (1) and they leave it in the warehouse ..... A shame ... and more in the situation in which we are ... Terrible service OF SHAME I WILL NEVER TRUST YOU AGAIN (Villaverde Delegation and Warehouse)
