Haunted! We contacted Victor and set a date which we had to change and it made things much easier for us, they had to take a whole house, a storage room and a room somewhere else. They did everything in one morning, they packed everything and also took apart two beds and put them together in the new location. Super fast and very careful. In addition to being formal, punctual and inexpensive. If I move again, it will be with them.
Very good service!!! They disassembled and packed very quickly and are very attentive. They took a box with food and they didn't call me at all to give it to me, a detail, so great. Now I have everything in the storage room and looking forward to the assembly! Thank you very much !!
Very professional and very close treatment, I would repeat with them.
The saying of 'cheap is expensive' is not true at all with MHV Mudanzas. It was the cheapest offer and they have given us a serious and responsible service (moving and two months of storage). Besides being good professionals, they are friendly people who understand the complicated moment that a move represents for the client. I hope not to move in a season, but if I did I would repeat with them without hesitation.
I cannot understand how this company has so many positive reviews, in my case I will say that everything was done wrong. They were three hours late on the day of the move because they had the wrong day and brought in many workers, one of whom was less professional and qualified. The move was supposed to be done in one day and they took two full days (with the disorder that caused that to me with two small children because I had to stay for two days until 10:30 p.m.). Of course they didn't finish the second day either because they stacked things so badly (they didn't stack, they just stacked them one after the other) that later there was no space to mount anything else. For example, they left a large closet and a shelf on the floor because they said that it could no longer be raised and that they did not have time to dismount because it was too late. When I checked the cabinets inside for a second when they had already left, we could see that they had left enough things to take to the new house, I took a photo so they could see that I was not making it up. I will tell you that they will claim that they moved four things from the garage to make room for me (I tell you everything so you can see that I am not cheating) and with that they said that I was compensated because they had not charged it and that I had to be grateful, but I insist, yes They would have stacked my things well inside, they would have hardly had to climb stairs or move anything in the garage because everything that got wet would have gotten in there. Mention that because the boxes were not stacked well at the bottom of the house, since the rest were being painted, they had to leave most of the furniture on the terrace of the house and they got soaked because it was just the day of the fat storm And those furniture that broke down at the bottom nobody pays for them because in theory it is my fault to say that they did not leave them around the house, but I am telling you that if they had done things right, in the cellar part and garage fit everything; but of course if they put me a sofa, boxes one after another instead of one on top of another, a lying closet, and so on ..... of course, in the end you couldn't even pass. They broke several things, a ceiling, a painting, a glass table, several vases (because none were wrapped with protective paper), a glass jar full of oil that was scattered throughout the kitchen, a thermos, ... ... and after three months I'm still waiting for them to send me to their insurance, at least to fix my glass table, I didn't even claim minor things from them at the time, although I'm within my rights. They took the ceiling to fix and I've already seen it after so long. Regarding the breakage of the ceiling that broke in my face because of the way things were treated, they wanted to tell me the movie that is that these lamps have a very fine grip on the glass and sometimes it comes off and what they did was throw it whole because it had even dented the metal, not that the glass came off. After finishing unpacking everything I have verified that I am missing several things. Nor is it that it was cheap compared to other companies that I had looked at and with a reputation, but I wanted to hire these guys to promote small businesses and because they seemed nice to me and on top of that, while they were moving me, one of the two bosses said he loved me raise the price since they did not count on the house having so many stairs at the entrance, which they already saw perfectly when they came to give me the budget. In addition to all this, they insisted that I keep the wardrobe boxes for them because they are not included in the budget and I still have them there after three months. Come on, I've had a lot more patience than they deserve. It is the first time in my life that I write a review with such a low score, and I do not give less because it is not possible to save the review without marking any stars. I have given them plenty of time to fix things but they must be very busy.
