Good afternoon, they sold me an apartment 2 years ago and it happened to me like other reviews, they tell you that they give you the empty apartment and in the end they will mess with you and after the signing they wash their hands. Very unhappy about that part because I felt cheated. Otherwise I am quite friendly. Positive point that they do not charge commission to the buyer

We contacted them about an apartment for rent. A month later we are still waiting for them to tell us if they have been able to speak with the owner and others. They give a feeling of little seriousness in the deal.

Too bad, they cheat people. They don't check the houses before handing them over and then the brown ones you eat them. They agree on things that they do not put in the contracts and we must insist very much that they be included. They deliver the dirty houses, with the junk of the previous ones, with deficiencies and damages that if you do not scare the payments you and they at all times will assure you that everything is perfect and working. If you call to complain they say that their job is only to introduce you to the owner and that is why they take a month's rent, paid by the tenant. The details of the owner in the contract are insufficient to send notifications so you cannot officially notify anything. Contracts that claim you sign are completely against the law and you have to fight a lot to be reasonable. I wonder: why do we have to go through this stress if we are the buyers or renters who pay their commission? Isn't it time for this to end? The boiler of the farm that I rented does not work since July 18 ... and counting. We are showering with cold water even though they assure us today that it works and the tank is full. They should be in court every day. Not recommended at all.

I would not recommend anyone to do business with this real estate. We were promised the delivery of an empty house of furniture and when we arrived we found all the old and broken furniture of the previous owners still there. We had to take them out, it cost us 300 euros, and at the agency they did not want to know anything. Impresentable
